Back by popular demand! This is my curated morning meditation *Hot Girl Walk*. Every morning, I set out on a 35–55 minute walk, which I credit for bringing nearly every good thing into my life. I view this walk as my direct connection with God and the universe—a sacred moment to express gratitude for all I have while intentionally shifting my vibration, mood, and energy to align with everything I desire.
Through this practice, I can move out of negativity and embrace boundless positivity. I hope this meditation becomes a ritual for you, empowering you to visualize and walk toward any goal or manifestation you’re working on.
