A very highly highly requested podcast on my updated skin journey. I am so incredibly proud to be REPORTING LIVE WITH CLEAR SKIN… (or as clear as possible – cheeky PMS pimples!). In this episode I run you through my experience coming off contraception and the effect this has had on my skin. I chat all things IUD/Mirena related as well as what I’ve noticed since having it removed. Further, I go into my current lineup of skincare, skin treatments, updated supplement routine & my diet.
